We offer fabric wall linings to transform marquees and venues, for hire (or for purchase).

Wall linings look great under your marquee company’s standard marquee roof linings, and will work equally well with ivory pleated roof linings or black or ivory starcloth roof linings.

Swags / pelmet / valance (the bits that dress the join between the wall linings and the roof linings) should come with your roof lining for a tidy finish at the top of the wall lining, and to hide fixing points.

Prices are quoted in linear meters and the minimum order for hire starts at £300 + VAT.

Confirmation of Booking is sent upon receipt of

• a Booking Form
• a Refundable Security Deposit of £300 (£250 + VAT)

Orders are delivered and collected by a national carrier unless you would like to collect from and return to us yourself.  More information can be found under How Does Delivery and Collection Work? below.

7 days – 10 days – 1.5 x Hire Rate
11 days – 14 days – 2 x Hire Rate

A Refundable Security Deposit of £300 (£250 +VAT) is payable by BACS to secure your hire.

The Hire Invoice is payable in full by BACS prior to delivery or collection of the equipment.

The Refundable Security Deposit will be refunded to you when the equipment is returned to us without damage.

Your Confirmation of Booking document lists every item that is being sent to you. If you are unsure of any detail, please do not hesitate to check with us at any stage.

Subject to the minimum hire being met, items being in stock, and having sufficient time to arrange delivery we will endeavour to accommodate any changes.

You are welcome to collect and return your Magic Wall Linings from Oasis HQ in Gloucestershire by arrangement - with sufficient notice to ensure we’re available and the equipment is prepared.

For Delivery to you
Delivery for a weekend hire will normally be by overnight courier service arriving on Wednesdays between 8:00am– 6:00pm.  It is important to ensure that there is someone available at the delivery/collection location to sign for the order.

For Collection from you
Please follow the instructions in the box to ensure that the collection and return back to Oasis HQ work smoothly.

Collection from a weekend hire will normally be on a Monday or Tuesday from 09:00 onwards.  Please ensure that the equipment is packed back in its respective bag/box(es) by 8:00am on the day of collection.

The carriers will not wait for consignments that are not ready for collection.

Any failed delivery or rearranged collections must unfortunately be charged for.

Deliveries or Collections can be made on a specified alternative day by proper arrangement, in which case a surcharge may apply. Please contact us for more details.

The linings will be despatched to you in OASIS transit bags or boxes.

The transit bags or boxes are only to be used to transport the equipment from us to you and back again.

Please treat the bags/boxes with care.  Please store the bags/boxes in a dry place -do not leave them outside in the rain.

A £35.00 charge will be raised for the loss of, or any major damage to any transit bag/box.

Your hire does not include installation or de-rig of the wall linings.

Wall linings are easily attached to marquee lining wires using the hooks provided.

Cancellation of orders will incur a minimum £100 administration fee deductible from your Security Deposit.

Losses and breakages will be charged for in full at replacement cost, including damage beyond repair by mildew, stains and general marks or any other wilful damage.

Damp equipment is very susceptible to mildew, which can ruin fabric within a few hours. Please ensure that damp equipment is left to dry before being packed back into the boxes/bags.

You will be notified of any damage to equipment, normally within 10 days from the day you returned the equipment.

Yes. All our marquee walls have a fire retardancy certificate – we can send you details if required.
