Dr Seuss "Whoville" Party

To maximise party budget for the Dr Seuss theme, the dinner was hosted in one of the purpose-built party / wedding venues on the estate.  After dinner the guests were transported ‘into the woods’ to party from 11pm. Guests were asked to come in Black tie dress with a touch of Dr Seuss, and with trainers for the after party in the woods.

Every guest wore a wrist band to aid with keeping the party secure, and to ensure everyone’s wellbeing water was available alongside cocktails and a full bar, and first aid, a security team, a sleeping tent and a full English breakfast were provided!

Beautiful lighting created safe pathways and areas to party, highlighted the tented party space and props, and created the dance “cave” at the low end of a succession of neutral beige stretch tents.

Thanks to the beautiful weather the sides of the structures were all open and it felt like dancing in the woods.

Heaters were provided for the early hours and fire pits with hay bales for late night chats and an opportunity to see in the dawn.

A professional bar company, DJ and lighting and sound engineers worked tirelessly all night to put on a wild, ecstatic and safe Dr Seuss theme event which formally ended at 09:30 the following morning without incident.
