The Brief

Rugby School, Warwickshire, wanted to organise a fundraising event for the charitable foundation to raise as much money as possible for the school, making a special event for guests but keeping overheads low.

The Solution

Using an existing space saved the cost of a temporary structure, and meant that the event could benefit from the facilities around the hall; loos, parking, and the ability to host pre-dinner drinks in a connected area of the school.
